Cancelled Plans

On Saturday, 3/5, I began filming the first few scenes of my opening sequence. I had originally planned to continue filming on Sunday, 3/6. However, the weather was very rainy on that day and unsuitable for filming. The shots planned for that day required us to go outside and for it to be sunny, so we had to cancel. I was disappointed because I wanted to get the filming done that day. This requires a big change in plans. Instead, I will have to finish filming next Sunday, 3/12. Hopefully, the weather will be good enough to finish the filming process. I will not be able to film on Saturday, 3/11. I will be busy that day, so I will have to get it all done the following day. Even though this may seem like a setback, I am a bit relieved. This gives me more time to prepare and plan for the final shots of the sequence. I will be able to figure out my props and outfit for these shots. I will look through my closet to see which outfit would be suitable for Henry to wear to school. Also, I can look at my school supplies and see which ones would be good to use in the "getting ready" montage. In addition, this will give me more time to practice my acting. I am not a very good actor, so I can rehearse my lines to try and get the best performance. I am still a bit disappointed that I didn't get to finish my filming last weekend. However, I think that this turn of events is ultimately a good thing. I am excited to finish filming and I hope to be at my best.
