Last Saturday, March 5, I began filming my opening sequence. I decided to film a small portion of the sequence only. This is because I wanted to split the filming process into multiple days. I first asked my mom if she would be able to take part in the filming. Thankfully, she was able to. We went outside to the front yard to film the establishing shot. This shot did not require either of us to show ourselves. I held the camera and pointed it forward for a few seconds. This is where I will edit in the opening credits and the title of the film. Then, I slowly panned over to my house to set up the next shot. Then, I changed into pajama-like clothes to film the next scene. I turned on my computer and opened a Word document to type on. As I was typing, my mom began recording. She slowly walked down the hallway into my room while filming. I continued typing Henry's diary entry, not paying attention to the camera. Nike offers many different types of products, such as shoes, jerseys, bags, socks, and many more accessories and equipment. However, they are most commonly known for their shoes. One example of a product branded by Nike is the ZoomX Invincible Run. These shoes include soft, responsive foam, and a Flyknit upper that allows your feet extra security and breathability. They are only one of Nike's most tested shoes. These qualities make it an excellent choice for shoes that you can run and exercise with. Another product of theirs is the Air VaporMax 2021. These powerful shoes are complete with extra-stretchy Flyknit fabric, a recycled TPU heel clip, and a switched-on Swoosh that make it a pleasurable jog. I am very excited that our commercial for Nike shoes is finally complete. Sarah and I have spent several weeks working hard on it, and it is incredibly satisfying to see it come together in the final product. The best part of this project was being able to insert our creativity into a real piece of media. It took a long time to complete and perfect, but it was a unique experience and I learned a lot while doing it. I learned how to plan and execute digital media and how to showcase creative talent through it. I also learned how to edit footage and merge it into a full-length film, which was incredible. Also, I loved being able to advertise a company that is as well-known and liked and Nike. Being able to demonstrate the greatness of their products was awesome. We are very happy that this commercial has come to be what it is now. Our work has definitely paid off, and we can't wait for you to see it!
